when can i expect my order to be delivered?
products are shipped within 3 days after ordering. shipping takes about 1-3 days.
do you ship internationally?
soulful essence only ships within the USA.
what comes in my order?
along with the diffuser, your order will include a 10ml bottle to create your own essence blends and a 100cm USB charging cable. botanical essences and USB cube wall charger are not included.
which botanical essences can i use in the diffuser?
you can use both the essence blends and single essences in your diffuser, or create your own essence blend using the 10ml bottle provided. this diffuser fits bottles anywhere from 5 to 20ml.
how long will a 5ml bottle last when diffused?
your 5ml bottle of our essence blends or single essences should last from about 7 to 30 hours, depending on how frequently and consistently you diffuse.
how long does the battery life last?
when fully charged for 6 to 8 hours, your diffuser will be ready to use anywhere from 30 to 120 hours, depending on your frequency and consistency.
i can’t find some of my old favorite products. what happened?
if you’ve been with us for a while now, you may find some of our botanical essences have been discontinued or sold under a new name - find pleasure (formerly pure decadence), be here now (meditation station), and find balance (formerly yoga bliss). we have also recently discontinued our mists and roll-ons, but let us know if you’d like to see these available again!
