¿En qué se diferencia el minuto yo de la meditación "normal"?
- el minuto yo se puede hacer en cualquier lugar en cualquier momento. todo lo que necesitas son 60 segundos.
- No hay necesidad de aquietar tu mente con el minuto yo. los aceites se relajarán + orientarle a través de tu meditación de 60 segundos.
- Se diferencia de la meditación "normal", que generalmente requiere que medites durante períodos de tiempo más largos y utiliza cosas como mantras o respiración para distraerte de tus pensamientos.
- puedes agregar un afirmación para profundizar los efectos de tu práctica de manifestación.
¿Cómo me tomo un minuto?
- difundir o inhalar directamente de la botella.
