When we think of Spring Cleaning, we often think of getting rid of what is no longer needed. However, it's important to remember to take the time to create space in your body as well as our home.
Side bending yoga postures help to lengthen the spine and are great for flexibility. When combined with twists they can also be very detoxifying and help to support the immune system.
Take a moment, before your start your day, to incorporate side bends into your morning practice. They are also easy to do while seated at your desk or when you're stuck in traffic. Be sure to sneak them in wherever you can!
