Mindfulness is the New Black
Mindful living can make you rich, skinny and sexy. It can cure diseases and end world hunger. Or can it? Do we even know what mindful living is? Is it meditation or time management? Maybe it's a natural form or Adderall. I'm really not sure. In fact, every time I think I have it figured out, I hear something that throws a wrench in my theory.
So I've decided to go on a journey and find out exactly what mindful living is and I'm hoping you will join me! Obviously this is not something that I can do on my own, so I've reached out to mindful living experts around the country to help me gain a better understanding of what it means to live mindfully.
So far I've had some amazing feedback and starting September 1st I'll begin to share this insight with you. I've had the privilege to work with expert yogis, meditation teachers and conscious eating gurus as well as therapists, artists, body movement experts and even chefs! Each of whom have provided a wealth of knowledge that can empower you to live life more fully and joyfully. I am truly grateful for their offerings and I can't wait to share them with you!
