Welcome to day 2 of our Spring Cleaning Challenge 

Perfect for breakfast for lunch, this pomegranate, chia bowl is rich in antioxidants and omega3 fats.  It's a delicious way to clean up those free radicals! Try mixing it up a bit, try substituting the coconut milk with almond or hemp milk.  You can also top with shaved, dark chocolate for and decadent afternoon treat! 

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoons agave syrup
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup organic chia seeds
  • pomegranate seeds, for topping
